Reservations must be received by March 30, 2005 to ensure room availability.

A deposit of the first night's room and tax is due upon booking a reservation. Cancellations of individual rooms must occur 30 days prior to April 30th. If cancellation is not made before the above date, the deposit will be forfeited.

  PET DEPOSIT POLICY
  A pet deposit of $100.00 will be charged for each room in which a dog is present. $50.00 of this deposit is refundable following check-out, provided that there is no damage to the guestroom or its furnishings.

  *** Four dogs per room. Plastic will be required under all dog crates & will be available upon check-in. Bedspreads will be removed and guests will provide their own bedspread coverings.
